The Solution

Element introduced the client’s management team to Arval, its strategic partner in Europe. The client consolidated all its European fleet needs with Arval, while continuing to use Element as its single point of contact.

Element and Arval worked in conjunction to successfully globalize the client’s fleet, placing a particular emphasis on developing a global safety program.

This client now has one global provider and a consultant who coordinates and manages all aspects of its global fleet, resulting in improved visibility, control and harmonization of policies. The client is now exploring the opportunity to involve other Element-Arval Global Alliance members in other countries around the world.
