We at Element Vehicle Management Services, LLC and Arval doing business as Element-Arval Global Alliance (referred to as “Element-Arval Global Alliance,” “We,” “Us,” “The Alliance,” or “Our”) recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of certain information collected about the users and visitors of Our Web Site (referred to as “User,” “You” or “Your”). How Does Element-Arval Global Alliance Collect Information?

Much of the personal information we collect is information about drivers of our clients in connection with the use of leased vehicles or our vehicle management services, as part of the services The Alliance provides a client upon execution of a services agreement.
Aggregated Usage tracking
Aggregated usage tracking is conducted through the use of Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and cookies, as described below. Such information enables us to tailor our content to fit Customers’ needs better and to help understand our audience.
